The Sunnyvale Neighborhood Center improves the lives of refugees and immigrant neighborhood residents by giving them a voice, increasing access to services, and building community.
Why the Sunnyvale Neighborhood Center?
In 2012, the Sunnyvale Neighborhood Center was established as a direct response to community members voicing concerns over the lack of accessible services needed by the surrounding refugee, immigrant, and low-income community.
The Sunnyvale Neighborhood Center provides:

- Systematic Teaching for Effective Parenting (STEP) classes
- 1:1 Youth Mentoring
- A community gathering place
Our wonderful partners include the Salt Lake County, Utah Partners for Health, Utah Food Bank Kids Café Program, and many others.
