Ways to Volunteer
Volunteers play a critical role in organization. A few sample opportunities are listed below, however, our volunteer needs constantly evolve!

Sorting and InventoryingOne way to help the entire organization is by helping maintain our donations. Volunteers help lift the burden often taken by case managers and teachers by helping sort and inventory the donations. Your work will help ensure case managers/teachers can quickly find what they need so they can spend more time with their client and less time searching for things!
If you are interested in helping with this, please mention that in your volunteer form below with your availability. We ask that you can commit to at least one hour per shift.

Once a month the Utah Food Bank donates boxes of food to be given out during the trafficking team’s weekly drop-in center. You can sign up for the whole morning, or just the part you'd like the most!
We need volunteers to help:
- Transport the donations from the food bank
- Unload
- Unpack

Refugee Youth After-School VolunteerSupport our after-school programs serving youth from 8-17 with homework and other pro-social activities.
Our after-school program requires a commitment of at least 3 hours, one day a week for the entire school year. If this is an acceptable commitment for you, fill out the form below and let us know you have the availability and interest in the after school program!

English Class AssistantAssist refugees and immigrants learning English as they acclimate to their new home.
Our ESL teachers require that volunteers plan on being in the classroom throughout the scheduled time of the class. This is typically a 3 to 4 hour commitment.

Administrative SupportHelp keep our agency running by supporting administrative staff in a variety of ways at our downtown location.
