Overview

Our Refugee Services team at Asian Association of Utah assists individuals and families achieve outcomes of substantive improvement, self-sufficiency, and thriving. Our linguistically sensitive and trauma-informed service is delivered by specialized staff who journey with each individual and family as they transition to life in Utah. Our specialized teams will work to ensure our clients are connected to all appropriate services through a holistic approach to services.

Each year, our Parenting Team hosts a community event in recognition of Child Abuse Prevention Month in April. This year, we are excited to announce: Family Art & Child Wellness Conversation on April 25th.

The Asian Association of Utah is honored to be selected as an NBA Foundation Round 16 grantee supporting workforce readiness and creative futures for underserved youth. This grant will expand our refugee youth mentoring and afterschool programs.
