The Asian Association of Utah is proud to announce that Executive Director Scott Cougill has been named to the 2026 Utah Titan 100, recognizing Utah's top CEOs and C-suite executives for extraordinary leadership and community impact.
The recognition reflects a remarkable period of growth for AAU. Over the past three years, the organization has doubled its direct client services, grown revenue to over $9 million, and expanded human trafficking survivor services by 49% from 942 clients to 1,400 in a single year. AAU opened a dedicated Human Trafficking Survivor Support Center in September 2025, as Utah's largest human trafficking service provider, and is the only statewide provider serving labor trafficking victims.
None of this happened by accident. It is the result of a team deeply committed to AAU's mission, a culture built on shared values, and leadership willing to make the hard decisions needed to grow both the organization's reach and its sustainability.
Scott has instilled a mission of dedication for clients to improve, become self-sufficient, and thrive, and for the community to be stronger because of it. This recognition belongs to everyone working toward that vision every day.
We are proud of what this team has built, and grateful for the communities we serve.
