The Heart of Our Marketplace

For many vendors, the Utah Asian Festival is more than a marketplace. It’s a space to share culture, tell stories, and connect with the community.

Each year, returning and first-time vendors bring creativity, passion, and stories behind the businesses they’ve built. For some, the festival becomes a turning point, a place where a passion grows into a full time business and vendors find a welcoming community.

As The Books on the Bus, a first time vendor last year, shares:
“We loved being part of the Utah Asian Festival last year. Getting to meet so many families, share stories, and celebrate culture together was a highlight for The Books on the Bus. The relationships we built led to both personal and business growth and strengthened our mission. Our hope is that every person who steps onto our bus can find a book they truly connect with. We’re excited to return as a vendor this year, bringing more than 200 Asian-inspired children’s books to share with the community. Come, board the reading journey!

Through these local Asian owned businesses, the marketplace becomes more than a place to shop. Visit our vendors on June 6 at the Utah State Fairpark!
