Performance Disclaimer:

Performance time slots will range from 5, 10, 15, or 20 minutes in order to guarantee diverse Asian representation and community engagement throughout the festival. Performers are considered as volunteers and agree to be liable for their own risk in attending and performing for the Utah Asian Festival.

Performers, individual or group, agree to express cultural demonstration through song, dance, martial arts, or otherwise which represent the various Asian American communities in Utah. UAF does not condone any political expressions or appeal against others; UAF does not take a stance on Asian or international political relations. By submitting an application, the performer(s) agree to assume and accept risks of and full responsibility for bodily injury, death, loss of personal property, and any expenses that may be suffered by the performer(s) resulting from any identified or unidentified dangers and risks associated with performing at the UAF.

Email will be our primary mode of communication, although we may also contact you by phone. If you have any questions prior to applying for a performance for the 49th Utah Asian Festival 2026, please email entertainment.utahasianfestival@gmail.com. We will reach out to applicants via email regarding your application status.
